Obtaining Technical Support for Your Silicon Graphics Products

In addition to general technical assistance, the Silicon Graphics Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is in place to handle the following issues:

In North America, call 1-800-800-4744; in all other locations, contact your local office. In order to receive assistance, you'll need a current support contract. Also, you need to have your system serial number ready when calling the TAC.

The Developer Technical Support team is dedicated to helping Artisan developers with software porting and development issues. To use this resource, send an e-mail to devsupport@sgi.com. Knowing that developers typically work under tight schedules, we make every effort to answer your question as quickly as possible. However, due to the need to work with product engineers throughout the company, we are unable to guarantee a response time.
